What are my Shipping Options

We ship worldwide via USPS. All orders are shipped through Priority Shipping there is a flat rate fee for shipping which is $5.99 shipping is free for all orders over $100 !

 

Do I have to pay for Return Shipping?

Yes, you will have to pay for the shipping cost when returning an item. If an item is being returned due to damage please email us at info@shopthedreamcloset.com. Damage must be reported within three business days of the item being delivered. 

 

Am I able to Cancel or Change my Order

We are able to cancel an order only if it has not already been fulfilled. If you wish to cancel a previously placed order, please email our customer service department to see if it is not too late to cancel. In the event that the order cannot be cancelled, you are able to return the order for a store credit only cash refunds are not provided. Once an order has been canceled or returned you will receive an email within two business days with a store credit code. 


We are currently not able to revise any orders once placed. If you made an error on your order it is best to email customer service to have the order cancelled, and then place a new order with the correct items.

 

I Just Placed Two Orders, Will you Group Them?

Orders can be combined ONLY if the orders in question have not yet been fulfilled and shipped. To check the status of your order and inquire about combining orders, please email our customer service department during normal operating hours and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

Can I use my Amex, Visa, Gift Card or Mastercard?

An AmEx gift card will not work at all on our site. Other credit card gift cards may work, but they cannot be used with another credit card. We have seen successful transactions with credit card gift cards when those gift cards have a billing address attached to them. They can be used as the only type of payment, and not combined with a debit or credit card. If you have any more questions, please contact us.

 

How do I make a Return?

To return an item complete the return form which will be included in your package and shippth order to the address listed below. If the item is being returned due to damage an email must be sent to our customer service department at info@shopthedreamcloset.com within two business days of the item being delivered and you will receive a response email letting you know how to proceed.

Why is my Order Delayed?
Once an order ships from our warehouse via USPS we do not have control over the delivery time. We process orders within two business days of the order being placed. However, on rare occasions, such as a holiday, it may take between 3-5 days for your order to be processed.
